With an undergrowth scent and sweet and fresh taste the sour cherry extra jam is well suited to be served with toasted bread, an Italian gelato or simply as a tart filling. It’s hand made without the use of any dyes and preservatives in order to better keep the fruits characteristics: the mashed pitted sour cherries, cleaned and hand worked it’s melted with sugar in a percentage not higher of 30%.
