Chestnut Flour

The chestnut flour can be used to prepare sweets, bread and pasta dough and many other recipes. Containing about 15 % of fibres, high digestibility and gluten free. The processing is making in the Rogliano (Calabria region in the south of Italy) factory, throughout the dried Italian chestnuts milling, dried in the traditional way in the drying building of the factory.
