Black pig Lonza from Calabria

It’s made exclusively from the pork’s Nero di Calabria loin, native pig from the Italian region Calabria. It has a tender and no-fat slice. The calabrian pork loin salami it’s available with vacuum packed, into pieces or on its whole. The accurate seasoning and flavouring made very lean and flavoured meat with a refined taste that defines itself as a great salami. Well suited with appetizer and pickles with a glass of good red wine.
