Product from the excellent south of Italy tradition; the pickled green Carolea olives are left in a water and salt solution, using the Greek method, which is a natural and slow lasting process (the olives are left to ripen from 9 to 12 months longer) that guarantees integrity and excellence from a qualitative and organoleptic point of view. Hand-made product, 100% natural without any preservatives or additives. On 2019 it has been awarded for the quality at the “ Monna Oliva” contest in Rome.
