Fresh green Olives “Carolea” – crashed and pitted-

Traditional product from the excellent Calabria region tradition; the olives are left in a water and salt solution to take the bitterness away; it’s a natural and slow process in order to guarantee a proven quality and the organoleptic integrity. It’s giving an authentic taste, and sweetness to the product by seasoning them with natural flavours (oregano, wild fennel, garlic, hot and sweet chili). Hand made product, 100% natural without any dyes and preservatives. These olives have been awarded with the 1st prize at the “Monnaoliva” contest, the most important Italian prize for table olives.
