Brutio Red Wine
Brutio is produced with 70% Nerello Calabrese and 30% Sangiovese grapes. Harvested late, to obtain the maximum concentration, the grapes are placed under long fermentation aged in little oak barrels. Red, intense wine with elegant, noble and dense tannic. Well suited with red and grilled meats, cured meats and mature cheese. To be served at 18°C temperature.
